Kun otat yhteyttä lomakkeella tai sähköpostilla, käsittelemme antamasi tiedot: nimi, sähköpostiosoite, mahdollinen yrityksen nimi, viestin aihe ja viestin sisältö.
Tietoja käytetään ainoastaan yhteydenottoosi vastaamiseen ja mahdollisen yhteistyön sopimiseen. Käsittelyn perusteena on yhteydenottosi eli oikeutettu etu ja sopimuksen valmistelu. Tietoja ei käytetä markkinointiin ilman erillistä suostumustasi.
Viestit säilytetään sähköpostissamme niin kauan kuin yhteydenoton käsittely ja mahdollinen yhteistyö sitä edellyttävät. Tietoja ei luovuteta ulkopuolisille. Teknisinä palveluntarjoajina toimivat verkkosivun ylläpitäjä (Tietokettu, palvelin Suomessa) ja sähköpostipalvelu (Google Gmail), jotka käsittelevät tietoja puolestamme.
Sivusto ei käytä seuranta- tai mainosevästeitä eikä kävijäanalytiikkaa. Kielivalintasi tallennetaan selaimesi muistiin, jotta sivu avautuu jatkossa valitsemallasi kielellä.
Sinulla on oikeus tarkastaa, oikaista ja pyytää poistamaan sinua koskevat tiedot sekä vastustaa käsittelyä. Pyynnöt voit lähettää osoitteeseen info@edanacreations.fi. Sinulla on myös oikeus tehdä valitus tietosuojavaltuutetulle.

When you contact us through the form or by email, we process the details you provide: name, email address, company name if given, subject and the content of your message.
Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a possible partnership. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you and taking steps prior to a contract. We do not use your details for marketing without your separate consent.
Messages are kept in our email for as long as handling the enquiry and any resulting partnership requires. We do not share your details with third parties. Our technical service providers are the website host (Tietokettu, servers in Finland) and our email service (Google Gmail), which process data on our behalf.
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no visitor analytics. Your language choice is stored in your browser so the page opens in that language next time.
You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your data, and to object to processing. Send requests to info@edanacreations.fi. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
